Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all passive optical components sold in our store. To ensure your shopping and delivery experience, we adopt a standardized logistics process with clear shipping scope, time, method, exception handling and after-sales rules. All orders are subject to the following terms.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
All standard product orders will be inspected, packed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Shipping time for customized products shall be determined based on actual product specifications, parameters and order details. Please consult customer service before ordering to confirm the exact shipping cycle.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide delivery service to: Singapore, and select areas of the United States. Delivery to other countries and regions is not supported.
3. Shipping Method
All packages are delivered by UPS Express. Self-pickup, in-store pickup and local pickup are NOT supported. A tracking number will be provided after shipment for full-process tracking.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Deliverable within 5-7 business days after shipment.
We also provide expedited shipping service for faster delivery upon request.
5. Special Instructions
Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, sales promotion peaks, customs inspections, extreme weather, peak shipping periods or other force majeure factors. Your understanding is highly appreciated. Customs duties and related fees generated by international shipments shall be borne by the recipient.
6. Damage Replacement & Lost Package Handling
1) Damage Handling: If the product you received are damaged, broken, crushed or functionally abnormal, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt and provide photos/videos of the damaged items or relevant test data for verification. We will provide appropriate solutions based on the actual situation. For details, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
2) Lost Package Handling: If the logistics information shows the package is lost or has not been updated for a long time, we will arrange free re-delivery or full refund for you after UPS official verification.
